QIDI 3D Printer Basics
The sturdily constructed QIDI Tech has a metal frame and weights little more than 46 pounds (21 kilograms). The desktop device measures 18.3 x 12.6 x 14.76 inches (465 x 320 x 375 millimeters) and features a heated printer bed that creates objects up to 9 x 5.9 x 5.9 inches (230 x 150 x 150 millimeters) with an overall print volume of 313 cubic inches or five liters. The plate is constructed from aviation grade aluminum, which prevents warping from the 120 Fahrenheit temperature. The circuitry has also been enhanced to prevent static while printing.
The printer comes well packed and nearly fully assembled. In addition to the printer, the box contains:

QIDI Technology is a reliable quality source I can trust. The mighty board of my Flashforge was bricked due to upgrading with Sailfish firmware, I had to replace with QIDI motherboard. I got the mighty board from quick service of QiDi. After the replacement of the board, my 3D printer worked flawless as normal.
What resolution is this printer
Layer resolution is 100 micron according to the QIDI TECHNOLOGY 3DP-QDA16-01 Dual Extruder Desktop 3D Printer specs.
I purchased one of these printers and am excited to start using it. Unfortunately, the manual for it comes on an SD card that got misplaced. I haven’t been able to find the manual available online. Does any one have advice on how I might get a copy of the lost files somewhere?

Can this reach temperatures up to 240c?
Most regular hotends can get up to 240c without risking damage to the PTFE tube, yes. However, this is the absolute upper limit for temperature–do not go any higher unless you have upgraded to an all-metal hotend or you WILL damage it.
I got my extruder up to 280C but i haven’t tested any hotter

My printer arrived today, QIDI TECHNOLOGY Dual Extruder 3D Printer, there are two grey cables that came loose with the printer that are not featured in the documentation and there is no mention of where or how to install them. One of the cables has female flat black connectors on the other has a label 301.
Where can I access / download and install drivers for my iMAC running macOS High Sierra version 10.13.1 ?
Hi, a couple of suggestions which I think would improved the experience of unpacking and owning the printer:
1) Please pack the plastic front more carefully, I’ve read online how someone else has experience the same damaged front cover as I did, because its at the bottom of the packaging with no protection.
2) Please improved the documentation, the photographs are and descriptions are not great and I had to resort to youTube to figure out what I needed to do.
3) The spare cables that came with my printer are no mentioned in the documentation, these should be added just to say, they are spares…I had to ask as I had no glue what they were for.
4) Document the samples on the SD card, detailing which sides are required for the prints.
In general the documentation could be improved.
My one machine using the same programs as the other 3 has stopped printing half way. next problem, the x axis stepper motor is not switching off once the printer head gets to the end, although the limit switch light comes on.
